When Hilary Hahn, one of today's greatest violinists, released her first CD with Deutsche Grammophon in 2003 it immediately became a big success, praised for the soloist's brilliance as well as for 'the chamber-like interplay that produces a more 'authentic' impression than many performances using period instruments' (Classics Today). Hilary Hahn's way of interpreting Bach impresses with flowing melodies, inner logic and beautiful sound stability. Her playing is reminiscent of that of the greats of the violin guild.
