60s Summer Party combines decent, recognizable material from the Beach Boys, Classics IV, Dion, and Sly & the Family Stone, along with lesser heard tracks by Young Idea ("With a Little Help from My Friends"), the Flowerpot Men ("Let's Go to San Francisco"), and Bonzo Dog Band ("I'm the Urban Spaceman"). While the packaging is chintzy, the sound quality is decent on this budget-line release from EMI Gold. ~ Al Campbell
