wow great movie! i love this, its edgy and cool, and also pretty realistic. it tells the tale of a good girl, who meets a bad girl who corrupts her and turns her to a life of drugs, sex, and stealing. both girls act with skills, tho dont look 13. a sad ending, this film really hits home and is very memorable. evie partially wrote the script herself too.

Not as disturbing as “kids” this movie about a 13 year old girl finding out what it means to be cool and what striving for being cool entails. This one isn’t so much of an eye opener as most of what happens in this movie would have been seen by most people even in their 30’s. Still it’s expressed in a realistic manner and the acting by Evan Rachel Wood is excellent.

What an awesome movie protraying a 13 year old going through rebellion, a very gripping and touching story about growing up in our society today. Awesome acting by the young girls, and a highly highly recommended.

This is a surprisingly good movie, its really done ina good way where you see the worse times in the 13 year old girls life where she gives up her great studies to start rebelinng for her new friend which winds up in drugs, piercing and stealing to keep her friend, very good movie
