It was wonderful to see this Show again. I bought it to replace my fathers vhs copy that had lost all its color due to the repeated viewing,he loved it and so did I. The singing , the memories and a good old fashioned Romance, great.

This is the cinema version of the classic musical. The acting is fine, as I remember it, but the inging isn't quite as good as the recordings by the original stage artists. The story also isn't all fun it is rather sad at the end. But recommended for those who want to remember or discover the original.

An excellent "old" film. A pleasure to have a film with no violence, swearing or anti-social behaviour. Well worth watching for memories of the past.
