I had big expectations for this movie as it had great reviews and maybe it is because of this that I did not really enjoy it. For a holiday film, it seemed kind of boring. It was supposed to be about the magic of Christmas but it felt like a short Christmas tale that you tell your grandchildren spread over two hours with pictures. Not even the 3D could help it. If you want a good Christmas movie - try Elf.

The polar express is about a young boy who does not believe in Santa and then a train comes on News Years Eve and he hops on the polar express which is a train that goes to the North Pole to see Santa! A beatiful story even though my daughters believe in Santa they still loved it and it is one of their favourite movies! I advise anyone to buy it or rent it from video esy or you know some video stores.
