Matthew James returned to the small Mississippi town that he had always known as home. He had long looked forward to the day that he would join his father in his well-established law practice. The challenges that Matthew faced in his career, his family, and his place in the community tested his faith and commitment. He had to draw on lessons learned at the feet of faithful parents and mentors to hold strong in the face of injustice. To succeed, he had to learn another lesson - for every ending there is a new beginning. Darkness may mark the end of a day, but new light will come again. "Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes with the morning."
