About the Author

Sue Palmer writes adventure stories for 7 to 12-year-olds.
Her May's Moon Trilogy tells the story of 13 year old Michael May's dream of becoming the first child astronaut. At its heart, it's a story about chasing dreams and what happens when those dreams start to become a reality.
Sue runs workshops for schools, festivals and bookshops, weaving the space research she carried out for her writing into her fictional stories.
Creating her May's Moon adventure stories has given Sue a real interest in past, current and future space exploration and she loves meeting astronauts.
