I believe this deck has print errors. You can see one of them on the Magician on the box itself above. The picture of the Magician is a replica of the actual Magician card in the deck. On either side of his head there is a darker brown dot, like ink splashes. These double dots appear on random cards, different colored dots but always the same distance apart as if there was dust on the print glass. And they don't look as if they should be part of the image. I've also noticed a splotch that appears on some cards, always the same size and shape as if again, something was on the print glass. I emailed Lo Scarabeo about this and did not get much in the way of help apart from "that must be how the deck looks". I asked them to compare the digital images that the deck would have been printed from with the actual printed cards and never got a reply. I emailed them again and asked was there any update, again, no reply. I've counted 33 cards out of the 78 that have these anomalies which is a shame because it's a lovely looking deck. If you're any way OCD, this deck will drive you crazy. I've yet to properly use mine as the print issues are too distracting.

Customer Questions & Answers
Hello Is this the deck that has the magician on the front of the box standing next to a brown table, not a red table. The backs should also have 6 flowers going across and 12 flowers going down. I’m m looking for this deck specifically. Your response would be greatly appreciated. Tracy - Customer question on

This is the edition with 8 rows of flowers going down the back and the red table.
Hello. You have many different images representing this deck... which box is it please? I am after the first image of the magician with brown table(as pictured) not red table as in some decks. Is this the deck you are selling please? - Customer question on

Hi, Thank you for your enquiry. This is the edition with 8 rows of flowers going down the back and the red table. Kind regards, Catherine
Would you mind uploading a few photos of the actual cards from this deck please. Helps us as buyers to see which actual deck this is of the many many variations that are out there. A photo of the back of the cards and one of the Hermit would be especially helpful. Thank you - Customer question on
