About the Author

Carolinda Witt lives in Sydney, Australia with her long-term partner, three children and one aging little pug. She has practiced The Five Tibetan Rites since 2000 and has since taught them to many thousands of people all over the world through her books, DVD and workshops. She attributes them to her youthful appearance and energetic outlook.
