"The Healing Gout Cookbook is a science-based approach that focuses
on foods you can eat rather than those you cannot. The author
explains the nutritional guidelines in relation to gout in a way
that is easy to understand and follow. The recipes are delicious,
healthy, and easy to prepare with ingredients that are easy to
find. The Healing Gout Cookbook is a wonderful and simple resource
for anyone who has gout." --Toby Amidor, MS, RD, CDN, FAND,
award-winning nutrition expert and Wall Street Journal best-selling
cookbook author
"The Healing Gout Cookbook is focused on nutrition verses
restriction. It provides a 'food as medicine' approach for overall
health and healing. A dietary guide with tips, tools, and
recommendations, it is as empowering as it is inspiring. Its
variety of simple, mouthwatering recipes add to its accessibility
and sustainability--each recipe is conveniently labeled for
specific dietary needs. As a dietitian and self-proclaimed foodie,
I highly recommend this book." --Lauren O'Connor, MS, RDN, RYT,

"This book provides the most effective dietary intervention to
start feeling better right away if you are suffering from gout. The
recipes are not just low in purines, they are also
anti-inflammatory and based on the DASH diet to help address gout
as well as many of the comorbid conditions that may arise with
gout. The recipes are delicious, healthy, and simple to prepare."
