"International Journal of Yoga Therapy"
This is currently my favourite book of all time. If you want the best guideline for living and conduct then definitly buy this book. It is very detailed regarding Yoga and Hindu philosiphy and Paramahansa, the writer of this book is a self-realized man who only talks truth. The Bhagavad Gita talks about the paths of yoga, Raja, Jnana, Bhakti and Karma. Because Paramahansa Yogananda himself was a master of Kriya Yoga or the highest form of Raja Yoga, God Talks with arjuna has an emphasis on Kriya Yoga, but never Denies all other paths and states all paths lead to the same end, though Kriya Yoga teaches you the ins and outs of creation, and spirit. The main story of the book is about Arjuna the diciple and Krishna as God, Krishna explains to Arjuna how to achieve enlightenment which is sybolically represented in the battlefield of kurukshetra which is from the mahabarat...In the end arjuna wins liberation and goes beyond all worldy ties to be fully enlightened, because he followed the advice of krishna and persisted no matter how delusive his mind/body was. The wisdom in this book is eternal, because the truths given are eternal and can never die therefore this book will always be by my side as a guideline for conduct because everything in it is true.
Highly recommended!!!
