Horton Davies is the Henry W. Putnam Professor Emeritus of the History of Christianity at Princeton University. His many books inlude Bread of Life and Cup of Joy: Newer Ecumenical Perspectives on the Eucharist, A Church Historian's Odyssey: A Memoir, and Worship and Theology in England.
