Sunny Skye, a psychic medium, is the head investigator and founder of Sisters of Spirits, a paranormal society dedicated to helping others understand what they can't see. She is excellent at finding ghosts but finds it difficult to cope in the real world. When she meets Jordan, she is instantly attracted and completely unnerved by the personal demons she carries around with her.

Street tough Jordan Lawson molded herself into what she thinks an excellent cop should be. She trusts only two things: facts and herself. She believes only in the evil that mankind commits and she certainly doesn't believe in ghosts, even when confronted by one.

When spiritualism and jaded skepticism collide, who backs down first?

About the Author

Yvonne Heidt loves the stories her mother tells of Yvonne reading at the age of three and that no one ever clapped harder or louder than she did for Tinker Bell when she needed her to. When she was brought to a library at the age of six, she never looked back. She hardly ever meets a book she doesn't like and considered Jack London to be a personal friend while growing up.

Born a fourth-generation San Franciscan, she lived for over twenty years in the Puget Sound area of Washington State and is currently living in sunny Alabama with her partner of ten years, Sandy, and their four dogs. She loves the weather so much she solemnly vows she will only move south from this point on.

Writing is her passion and she considers herself blessed beyond measure that she and her muse get along so well.
